Join instructor Chef Joseph Forest on June 22, at The Star of the North Retreat Centre for a hands-on, practical cooking class that culminates with a nutritious Mediterranean feast around a common table accompanied by mirth and conviviality. This class walks participants through a 5-course menu, with each participant choosing a workstation according to their menu interest. The event is limited to 12 participants, so be sure to register early to avoid disappointment.

Joseph Forest is a professional holistic chef, best-selling cookbook author, and consultant with over 40 years of culinary experience. Chef Joseph’s understanding of food as medicine and traditional diets are the foundation of his current and expanding work.
