As followers of Jesus, we hold the experiences of God’s mercy in our bodies and our souls, with the constant invitation to be bearers of that mercy for the world.
We will retreat into the threads of mercy in the passion of Jesus with story and art. We will sink into the Holy Thursdays, Good Fridays, and Holy Saturdays of the scriptures and our lives. We will look creatively at how our experience of mercy (or the lack of it) shapes our understanding of ourselves, one another, and God.
And we will emerge from the tomb clinging to the mercy with tenderness. We will explore how mercy is always a path to rising, so that we can be carried into grace and then bear mercy out carried out into the world - for ourselves and others.
Join us as we explore Mercy’s grace and freedom. May we be and become bearers of mercy.
