Join us for an inspirational day of music, reflection, prayer, community, faith sharing and Eucharist,inviting you to examine your journey of life. Focusing on the circle of the Advent Wreath, we will journey through the four weeks of Advent. Personal sharing, songs and inspirational media will help us come to a deeper understanding of our lives as we circle back to Emmanuel, God with us.

Facilitators:

Bob Williston is a husband, father, grandfather, teacher, missionary, singer-songwriter, recording artist and retreat leader. Bob completed his Master of Divinity Degree from Newman Theological College in Edmonton. Bob was ordained to the Permanent Diaconate by Archbishop Peter Mallon in 1999 in the Archdiocese of Regina.

Joan Williston is a mother, grandmother, missionary and a recently retired dental hygienist. She is the mother of three grown children, and married to Bob for 47 years! Joan lived the missionary life with Bob for six years before being blessed with three children; Marina, Daniel and Bobby.

Joanne Friedt is a mother, grandmother, retired teacher/principal and educator for 38 years. Joanne brings her creativity and passion to the team. she has a Graduate Diploma in Religious Education. As a mother of three daughters and nine grandchildren, Joanne knows the circle of life and how to be filled with joy.

Dan Friedt is a father, grandfather, musician, singer, retired teacher/principal and educator for 38 years. Dan has a Masters in Religious Education. As a father of three daughters and nine grandchildren Dan brings his energy, music, photography and technical skills to the team, willing to share his journey of faith.
