I have trained in the gentle art of spiritual direction at Providence Renewal Centre Edmonton, the Jesuit Centre inGuelph, Ont. and with Louis Savary author of “The New Spiritual Exercises: In the Spirit of Pierre Teilhard de Chardin.” I am a retired Massage Therapist. Nurtured in the Anglican tradition, I am interested in eco-centered spirituality, leading meditations and retreats.
